Because She didn’t know that there is no need to tell me about the benefits of using natural skin care, because I already know and am using only natural skin care. Secondly, I wanted to know about their ‘products’ which can address my dark spots problem, which i didn’t get to hear from her.

These silly mistakes can be avoided if you have a website. How you ask? Let’s take the above example, If I have found their website online, I would directly go to their best product range for dark spots and read about the ingredients and benefits of it without wasting much of my time and decide whether to buy or not.

That’s it. End of story.!

Even though your product or service is exceptionally good, you cant bug every customer each time they enter your store by saying ‘Our product is the best in the whole world’.
